Abstract

The international financial legislation was reorganized, from 90 years, in the process that increased the participation of developing countries in the institutional power of the International Monetary Fund. The Lula government has categorically incisive in making the new financial legislation through, its foreign policy that gave priority to the BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) in commitments, agreements and international development projects in the medium and long term.Presented here will be systematized, in IMF policies during the Lula government.
