Abstract

The article contemplates reflections about Latin America: theimpacts of globalization over culture, the urban problematic, themeanings of urban cultures in this continent; showing its intricacy,and derived issues. The text also points out innovating existingexperiences in the Latin America cultural sphere, particularly in thecity of São Paulo.
