Neste texto discuto os riscos sobre os investimentos no exterior decorrentes das diferenças culturais. Mediante o exemplo do problema do individualismo e seus efeitos sobre a produção, exemplifico os riscos que enfrentam os que têm como parte da sua missão superar a barreira das diferenças culturais e trato das questões relativas à governança corporativa inerentes às barreiras culturais. Concluo com uma apreciação das perspectivas de superação destas barreiras, mediante a análise da formação das identidades organizacionais.Metrics
