There are many plants and herbs that will help you eat or drink soaked in a sleepy night, and here are the most important:

1- Chamomile
Boiling chamomile is best taken before bed to get a good night's sleep, and several studies have proven that chamomile really helps to sleep.

One study also showed that eating boiled chamomile regularly before bed by mothers greatly helped them sleep and relieve symptoms of depression and relax.
