Abstract

Interview with Heiner Bielefeldt, Former UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief, on October 7, 2022, in Modena, in the framework of the author's research visit to iCourts, Centre of Excellence for International Courts of the Danish National Research Foundation, and on the occasion of the inaugural conference of the Observatory on Religious Freedom in the Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
