Adaptive management of innovative development of a higher education institution and readiness of teachers to implement an internal education quality assurance system

Abstract

The article examines the problem of ensuring and managing the quality of student education in the context of modernization of the higher education system. The relevance of the study is due to the increase in requirements for the effectiveness of the educational process and the need to develop effective mechanisms for intra-university monitoring of the quality of education. The paper specifies the scientific concept of the quality of education and the quality of training, reveals their essential and structural interrelationship in the context of the modern educational paradigm. A mechanism for managing the quality of student education at the university, including goal setting, planning, monitoring, analysis and correction of educational activities, has been determined. Special attention is paid to the professional readiness of the teacher as a key factor in the effective functioning of the system of internal monitoring of the quality of education. The structure of the teacher's readiness to carry out intra-university monitoring of the quality of education, taking into account the innovative functions of pedagogical activity, including motivational, cognitive, operational and reflective components, has been developed. The main means of intra-university monitoring of the quality of student education are defined and characterized. As a result of the study, a system of formation of teachers' readiness to carry out intra-university monitoring of the quality of students' education in the process of professional development was developed and experimentally tested. The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed system and the possibility of its use in the practice of quality management of education in educational institutions of higher education.
