Capacidades verdes dinâmicas e o desempenho da inovação verde na indústria cimenteira brasileira

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a conexão entre as capacidades dinâmicas verdes e sua influência no desempenho da inovação verde (PIB) nas indústrias cimenteiras brasileiras. Para este estudo, foram utilizados 303 questionários de pesquisa enviados aos gestores das indústrias cimenteiras brasileiras, obtendo-se 90 respostas válidas. A pesquisa inclui os construtores e dimensões de capacidade dinâmica verde e o desempenho da inovação verde. Os resultados revelaram que, dentre as relações estudadas, as empresas direcionam seus esforços para duas dimensões de capacidade dinâmica verde que estão ligadas ao desempenho da inovação verde, são elas: integração de recursos internos e externos. No que diz respeito à construção e reconstrução de recursos, embora tenha sido notado esforço, estes têm sido em menor grau. A pesquisa revelou possibilidades de aprimoramento dos estudos desse setor no país, bem como da prática de gestão voltada para os requisitos de sustentabilidade.
