Resumo

O artigo examina o problema de assegurar e gerir a qualidade da formação dos estudantes no contexto da modernização do sistema de ensino superior. A relevância do estudo reside no aumento das exigências quanto à eficácia do processo educativo e na necessidade de desenvolver mecanismos eficazes para o monitoramento interno da qualidade do ensino. O artigo especifica o conceito científico de qualidade da educação e qualidade da formação, revelando a sua inter-relação essencial e estrutural no contexto do paradigma educativo moderno. Foi determinado um mecanismo para a gestão da qualidade da formação dos estudantes na universidade, incluindo a definição de objetivos, o planeamento, o monitoramento, a análise e a correção das atividades educativas. É dada especial atenção à prontidão profissional do docente como fator-chave para o funcionamento eficaz do sistema de monitoramento interno da qualidade do ensino. Foi desenvolvida a estrutura da prontidão do docente para realizar o monitoramento interno da qualidade do ensino, tendo em conta as funções inovadoras da atividade pedagógica, incluindo as componentes motivacional, cognitiva, operacional e reflexiva. Os principais meios de monitoramento interno da qualidade da formação dos estudantes são definidos e caracterizados. Como resultado do estudo, foi desenvolvido e testado experimentalmente um sistema de formação da prontidão dos professores para realizar o monitoramento intrauniversitário da qualidade da educação dos alunos no processo de desenvolvimento profissional. Os resultados obtidos confirmam a eficácia do sistema proposto e a possibilidade de sua utilização na prática da gestão da qualidade da educação em instituições de ensino superior.
