Abstract

The article intents to present and to realize a critical analysis about some theoretical perspectives dedicated to explain the emergence and consolidation of social policies in the capitalist economies. Besides to examine the theories that stand out economic conditions and the theories rested on politic grounds, the article try to integrate both analytical set in one consistent theoretical view.
