Reasons to the state co-ordinate the reform of the work relations in Brazil

Abstract

This study tried to analyze the reasons why in Brazil the State needs to coordinate the reforms of the work relation system. First, to present the context of the reformularization of the work relation in Brazil from the current reality. After, it was given emphasis to the current necessity to reformulate the work relation in Brazil from irregularities of the system instituted in the CLT (1943).
