Flexibilisation of the labour market: a view of the international debate

Abstract

The objective of the article is to draw a view of the international debate on the flexibilisation of the labour markets. In first place, we looked for to understand the origin of that debate, that it involved, initially, the European countries and the USA. Soon afterwards, we presented an abbreviation characterization of the German and North American labour markets, tends in view the behavior different from those two countries, so much in relation to the adoption of flexibilisation strategies, as for the presented results.
