Abstract

One of the main characteristics of the approach institutionalist and neo-schumpeterian is the abandonment of the rational unlimited of the economic agents. Like this, two theories vouch that each country, or region, can present a matrix institutional diverse of others, built to the long one of the time, especially by the trial of learning of the local actors.  While each locality presents peculiar forms of learning, they also innovation of distinct forms.  To main conclusion is that can have private paths of economic development between countries or regions.
