Abstract

This paper aims to present some fundamental elements for a materialistic and logical analysis of the State under capital form. Starting from some considerations about the dialectical method present in the development of Capital, we seek to identify the proper position of legal and political relations carried out by subjects in the totality of capitalist social reproduction. This research identifies the relation of value with itself as the social objectivity that defines the relations between subjects, meaning that law and political forms (and its unfolding and development) possess a material becoming ontologically determined by value undergoing a specific movement.
