UM GRANDE LOBBY A FAVOR DA PRESENÇA DO ENSINO RELIGIOSO NA ATUAL LEI DE DIRETRIZES E BASES DA EDUCAÇÃO NACIONAL

Neste artigo pretendemos apresentar a questão da concepção de Ensino Religioso na atual Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, lei 9394/96, também conhecida como lei Darcy Ribeiro. Vamos analisar as discussões preliminares, os diversos interesses, as concepções divergentes e por fim os embates para a aprovação do artigo 33 da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional 9394/96. Apresento que tal lei é reflexo de diversas fontes: o Grupo do Não, a CNBB, o FONAPER e os evangélicos que fomentaram um grande lobby a favor da presença Ensino Religioso tanto na Carta Magna como na atual LDB.O artigo apresenta um breve histórico da aprovação dessa lei e de sua modificação a fim de apresentar e fundamentar o referido lobby na promulgação da referida lei.
