Abstract

This article is a report of my professional experience in professionalizing courses for the beneficiaries of the Program Bolsa-Família and unemployed registered in cadastre in the SINE – National Service of Job – and objective to call the attention the students of Social Sciences for the situation of the education in Brazil. It is, therefore, plus one among hundreds and hundreds of text-denunciation about the negligence of authorities in relation to the exercise of a right of the citizen who, how we know, is warranting of the exercise of the others.
