Abstract

The Editorial reports that it is the 6th issue of Revista DD&EM and that the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP achieved 5 stars in the Faculty Guide. The Journal follows CAPES rules for regulating scientific journals and is indexed in 10 databases.

Author Biography

Vidal Serrano Nunes Júnior, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Programa de Pós-Graduação

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1988), he obtained the titles of Master (1995), Doctor (2000) and Livre-docente (2008) in Law from the same University. He is a professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He serves as Director of the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He is also a Public Prosecutor for the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo and the author of several books. Practice Areas: Constitutional Law, State Law, Health Law and Consumer Law
