Abstract

The contemporary phenomenon of violence, manifested in the contradictory explosions in the streets and in the silent oppression of our political and economic system, raises the following reflection: Does the development of capitalism and civilization itself, far from preventing, intensify the occurrence of violence?

Master in Constitutional Law - Constitutional System of Guarantee of Rights - by the Toledo Teaching Institution. Line of Research: Guarantees of Access to Justice and Realization of Rights.
