Author Biography

Vidal Serrano Nunes Junior, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP, São Paulo, SP

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1988), he obtained the titles of Master (1995), Doctor (2000) and Associate Professor (2008) in Law from the same University. He is a professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of PUC-SP. He is the Deputy Director of the Faculty of Law of PUC-SP. He is also a Public Prosecutor for the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo and author of several books. Practice areas: Constitutional Law, State Law, Health Law and Consumer Law.
