Abstract

Litigations concerning environmental issues are of singular importance due to their implications not only in addressing ecological matters but also their economic, political, and social repercussions, as well as the significant importance of the environment in the constitutional text and international relations agenda.

PhD and Master's degree in Social Function of Law from the Autonomous Faculty of Law of São Paulo (FADISP). Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS), with a lato sensu postgraduate degree in Civil Law from the University of São Judas Tadeu (USJT) and in Tax Law from the Paulista School of Law (EPD). Public servant (approved in public examination) at the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo. Assistant in the Office of a Judge.
