She holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1978), a master's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2002) and a PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2007). She is currently an assistant professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, teaching undergraduate and graduate law courses at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She has been the Deputy Director of the Law Course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo since August 2021, leaving the position of Vice-Coordinator of the Law Course at PUC/SP, which she had held since January 24, 2020. She is also the Coordinator of the Tax Law discipline at Department IV (Department of Tax, Economic and Commercial Relations) of the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She was the Coordinator of the undergraduate course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo from 2014 to July 31, 2017. On August 9, 2017, she took over the Coordination of the Special Civil Court, linked to the Law School of PUC/SP, until January 29, 2020. In January 2020, she was appointed Alternate Judge of the TIT - Tax and Fees Court of the State of São Paulo until January 2024. Lawyer.
