Author Biography

Erik Frederico Gramstrup, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP, São Paulo, SP

He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (1988), a master's degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000), and a doctorate in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2005). He was a Federal Judge in the 3rd Region (SP and MS) until 2023. He is currently an assistant professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and a judge of the Federal Regional Court in the 3rd Region. He served as an auxiliary judge of the Regional Inspectorate of Federal Justice of the 3rd Region in the two-year period ending in 2012. He was head of Department II (Civil, Civil Procedure, and Labor Law) in the two-year periods 2021-2023 and 2023-2025. He has experience in law, working in both private and public law.
