Globalization is one of the inescapable themes of business or entrepreneurial law. Capitalism has always circumvented national borders to make good business possible. Addressing globalization adequately in business law teaching, however, presents challenges as it involves complex ideological issues, including those related to the pace of opening up the national market by eliminating tariff and non-tariff barriers on imports. The article proposes an exercise in detailing a hypothetical cost spreadsheet to properly teach globalization.
