Tratamento das lesões intraepiteliais cervicais e do câncer do colo uterino durante a gestação

Resumo

O câncer de colo uterino é o tipo de neoplasia mais comumente encontrado durante a gravidez. A frequência estimada é de um caso para 1.000 a 5.000 gestações, contudo, apenas 3% dos cânceres cervicais são diagnosticados durante a gestação. Tendo em vista ainda haver discussões quanto à conduta neste tipo de situação, os autores relatam neste artigo as atualizações na literatura sobre o diagnóstico e o tratamento do câncer de colo uterino descoberto durante a gestação.
