Implementation of the Professional Social Work Project in front of the Corporate Institutional Project

Abstract

The dimension that involves the relationship between the Social Work professional and the institution in which he works is complex and involves a series of fetishes that hide the reality of this daily life, like everything else that occurs in the society of capital. Therefore, it is remarkable that the option of Social Work for a society free from oppression, puts into debate how it is possible to implement the Professional Project in a context of precariousness and rationalization of work, characteristic of business rationality, which requires a worker's competence to to deal with the requirements of the Corporate Institutional Project in order to also achieve it, given the need to maintain the working relationship for continued access to the conditions of subsistence of social life, even if this last project is mainly concerned only with maintaining the mode of capitalist production.
