Problematizando a doutrina da inerrância bíblica: uma análise exegética da presença da Bíblia Hebraica no Novo Testamento

Abstract

This article wants to analyze one aspect of the discussion that involves the idea about inerrancy of the Bible, doctrine that defends that Holy Bible does not have mistakes. Knowing that this matter involves a lot of difficult subjects, we will analyze just one of the aspects about the question, which is the presence of Hebrew Bible in the New Testament, in other words, the way like the New Testament writers cite the Old Testament. We selected, because of purpose of our article, just some texts that, in our opinion, are cited and interpreted of a problematic way. So, we don’t want to deny the importance of the Bible, but, on the contrary, invite everybody who appreciates it not have as presupposition of interpretation the criterion of inerrancy, that can damage its message to the modern human being.
