Abstract

The Fourth Gospel presents some women who act as protagonists. This is a particularity in relation to the Synoptic Gospels. Among these women there is the figure of the Samaritan woman in John 4. She is an enthusiastic, determined, intelligent and cultured woman who let yourself fascinate by Nazareth man, becoming a disciple and missionary of the Saviour of the World.
