Abstract

Recently the promulgation of the Instruction “Dignitas Connubii” hasbrought some expectations. Certain press affirms that this new regulation isgoing to be revolutionary as Humanae Vitae, for example. In fact, the instructionis above all an attempt to aid the activity in the ecclesiastical tribunals.
