FONTES DO CÂNON 1056 DO CIC/83 EM DOUTRINA CANÔNICA SOBRE AS PROPRIEDADES ESSENCIAIS DO MATRIMÔNIO

Abstract

This article is written in continuation of the previous ones: “PorqueUnidade e a Indissolubilidade são Propriedades Essenciais do Matrimônio”and “As Propriedades Essenciais do Matrimônio e sua Relaçãocom a Sacramentalidade e o Amor Conjugal” and it is the closure of thesubject initially approached, and with reference to the Christian Matrimonyand its essential properties, unity and indissolubility. We will speak brieflyabout the source of the cannon 1056 of the CIC/83, as well as in respectof the canonical doctrine on the theme of the essential properties of the Sacrament-Matrimony, quoting the sources of the Holy Scripture as well asthose of the teachings of the Church.
