Abstract

The Vatican Council II was characterized from the beginning as the Church`s Council? That it is articulated in two parts de Ecclesia ad intra – de Ecclesia ad extra. The Church’s Council by itself was an event of the Church, a communion experience and of thanksgiving in which under the action of the Holy Spirit, the whole Church is placed on listening to the Word of God. It presents a faithful church to its God and history, combining the present world to the world to come.
