Abstract

The contribution that this articlecan offer to the reader answers threerequirements: first, throws light on LatinAmerican´s process of setting free, aprocess that is branded for an increasinglove for knowledge and for unconditionaladhesion for cultural diversity,both able to shift the direction of stepstoward a magnanimous and imperative“yes” for life, in spite of all dramaticexistence that surrounds us; second,throws light on nietzchean thought,which knew to remove the veil of thepotent action of desire (Potency Desire)and its implications in existencial, political,economical and social areas – tocontribute for one more effective andproductive action of praxis of liberation.
