Abstract

The church, when managing thesacraments to the faithful, makes itfor a justice duty. Ahead of this, thecandidate to receive the Sacramentfrom the Order has the right to demandthat the Church commands hewhen is judged suitable? The candidatedoesn’t have a subjective rightto receive the Sacrament from theOrder, but he enjoys of an expectingright, that is, he enjoys of the legitimateright to demand that the churchverifies if he has or not capacity toreceive this Sacrament.
