Abstract

The article bring upa study and thougts about the relationship Church - State in Brazil after the end sets in 1891 Constitution and the politic closer during the Old Republic by Catholicism to do not lose the contact with the power and going on to give direction to construct the brasilian ecthos like in the past since the Brasilian colonization.
