Abstract

The article talks about the adaptation of the roman tecnics to the judicial system ruled by the Christian principles, taking into account the form adopted by the Christian lawyers through compatible criteria in acordance with the gospel, avoiding laws that can clash with Christ´s teachings. Christianism is against the extreme lack of customs, in which roman society had reached and guides the legislater by the custom reforms, considering charity as a virtue.
