Values represent the group of characteristics from a specific person that defines the behavior of this person and the way he or she interacts with other individuals and with the environment. Organizational values, more specific, are beliefs and attitudes that give a personality to an organization, defining an ethic for the performance of workers and the organization as a whole. More sustainable business are usually anchored in values such as honesty, transparency, quality, valuing people and their quality of life, team spirit, win-win politics, respect for the customer and environmental responsibility. This article discusses how organizations can work in a more sustainable way based on these values, under the Christian perspective.Metrics
