The solidarity can be defined as an act of goodness or share with others. It can also be seen as a feeling, which leads to a union of sympathies, interests or purposes between group members, taking to a cooperation between two or more people. In our personal life, we accept and even look up a supportive behavior, as a matter of a continuous improvement as human beings. And in the professional life, how is solidarity seen? How can it be applied? This text analyses this subject searching for elements to help people act in a more solidarity way in organizations.Downloads
