This article aims at presenting some elements of the mystical language of Gregory of Nyssa, and at the same time showing the relevance of his mystique for the modern man, identifying aspects that can be referencial to the transcendent search present in the behavioral mode of the modern man. This comprehension articulates itself to a kenotic perspective from which one moves to the encounter with the divine that is immanent and still remains transcendent.Downloads
