Abstract

The text presents the historical process that took him/it eats AlexandreVI to accomplish the donation of the territories’ discovered’ in future LatinAmerica for the Spaniards to the Spanish Crown. The theory monista arepresented in the medieval context and the Alexandrine bulls. Analyze is herconcluded with the several interpretations of these same bulls.
