The Church have a right toacquire possessions to fulfil yourmission. The tribute is one way ofacquisition. This can be demandedby the Bishop, in the Diocese, tonatural person and legal entitiesin his jurisdiction. Agreed with thecanon code 1263, many kinds oftributes exists. Being your impositionof exceptional nature, just canbe demanded by correct conditions.To impose this tributes, theBishop should solicit the faithful toparticipate in wit of communion ofthe apostolics necessities of theuniversal Church and particular.
