Abstract

This article shows that the changein the formulation and presentation ofthe General Guidelines, not, any longer,as “Pastoral Action” but “EvangelizingAction”, was not only a change innomenclature, but the genesis of anecclesiological evolution. In this contextbegins a “Copernican revolution” inwhat refers to the understanding andthe place the Evangelization shouldoccupy in the way that the Churchin Brazil proceeds. It changes from amere Pastoral Dimension to becomethe reason for being and proceedingof all pastoral activity of the Church.
