The Code of Canon law promulgatedon the 25th January 1983,whose passive subject is the catholicchurch of the latin rite , wants to bethe first heir of the Vatican councillI. Its direct fountain are the fourconstitutions and all the decrees thatimmanated from the council, whoserich contents should applied in thedaily pilgrimage of the people ofGod here and now.
