Auditory perception: epistemologic reflexion

Abstract

In this article, there are some authors reviewed who were concerned with the perceptual abilities, in their several modalities. The aim was the discussion about the auditory modality in its fundamental conception, searching to break down the consensual notion, when one thinks about auditory perception. This epistemological reflection, content of the article, points out some possibilities to go deeper in the understanding about the perception of fundamental acoustic facts in the speech perception.
