Abstract

Health campaigns are actions that are intended to bring information to the population about healthy ways of life. We use health education to develop the strategies based on the theoretical framework of disease prevention and health promotion. The Voice Campaign is a health action, since 1999 celebrates the Voice Day, instituted because of the high incidence of laryngeal cancer in Brazil. It seeks to recover the historical route of the Voice Campaign, which completes 14 years old, and contextualize what is currently proposed by the institutions that organize it
