Abstract

This study intended to describe the evolution of linguistic acquisitions of a child during 1-07-02 to 3- 06 – 20 in terms of phonemic and phonological systems. This description was built in order to emphasize the existing parallelism between the language phonological development of the referred child and the structural laws given by the synchronism of every language in the world. It was tried, in this work, to verify the concordance between the evolutional periods vivified by the child in his phonological development and the relative chronology which corresponds to the order obeyed by the phonological acquisitions, universally. Also, in this work, it was tried to determine the absolute chronology of the phonemic system dominion effectived by the child, in other words, to determine the child’s velocity in performing the sequence. A survey of the metaplasms performed by the child was done on the second part of this study. They were analyzed on the point of view of its concordance with the phonetic laws, which are descriptives of the language evolution process.
