Keywords:
MEDIATION, GENDER VIOLENCE, JUSTICE SYSTEMAbstract
This article analyzes the question of the tertiary victimization of women victims of gender violence due to the lack of knowledge of the legal operators of the civil aspects covered by Law no. 11,340, dated August 7, 2016 in its entirety. The separation between the criminal, civil and emotional aspects that arise as consequences for the crime practiced persists. Criminal mediation is an important extra-procedural tool of a Public Prosecutor's Office, and parquet also has the duty to provide adequate legal guidance to crime victims.References
