PLURIDIMENSIONALIDADE DA METÁFORA
Resumo
The purpose of this paper is to examine the subjective and objective particularities that, in the enunciative process, motivate the passage from the sensitive to the intelligible, and to discuss whether a logical structure indicating the pluridimensionality of the creative process of the metaphor may be discerned in this motivation. To do this, the research centers on the hermeneutics and proceeds to the interaction of the language sciences (the cognitive approaches of P. Ricoeur and M. Black) with the image sciences (the anthropology of G. Durand). The study confirms the existence of dimensions in the creation of the metaphor and, based on the etymology of the word “metaphor,” describes the context of its use.Downloads
