O ENVOLVIMENTO DO OUVINTE NA INTERAÇÃO ASSIMÉTRICA

Resumo

This text talks about the listeners engagement in situations of assimetric interactions among the partners of the conversational acts (classes for high school and colleges). It is discussed that there are two kinds of resources: the phatic resources (use of the first person of plural or the pronoun você, etc.), and the elements of construction and reconstruction of the text (use of examples, simulated dialogues, paraphrasis, repetitions among others).
