Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of the reality of the elderly in socio-legal world. Given the safeguards offered by the State, the question emerges about the social integration of the elderly beyond the reach of legal safeguards, the question of belonging. Despite the existence of laws and policies targeted to the elderly, they can not fill a certain void, caused by labor membership.
