Human Ecology. The role of communication in the quality of life of seniors: Considerations about the body and the mind on the third age

With the continued aging of the population, many researchers search for answers for aging with quality of life. All agree that living longer is not enough, it is necessary to live well. One of the main concern is with the medicine that aims to prepare the body and the mind for a happier third age. In this article we want to highlight the contribution of the communication processes for a healthy aging, correlating Communication, health, and the Third age. We also want to call the attention of the journalism student for this subject that is progressively more present, that is the demographic aging, aiming also to contribute with the overcoming of potential conflict between generations resulting from the population aging.
