Abstract

Death is seen as a taboo, even during old age the subject is avoided. Most Long-Term Care Institutions for Elderlyare more concerned with biomedical, then elderly’s rights and desires. Finding little support and space to deal with loss, their mental health and quality of life may be impaired.Thinking about education for death is necessary to live a meaningful life and age with dignity.
