Abstract

This study addressed the importance of the valorization of the elderly in the labor market through the analysis of the film "An Internship" and a field research. The reflection on the film served as the basis for the formulation of a questionnaire. Thus, the development of the work showed that the presence of the elderly in the labor market is extremely important since, with the increase in the life expectancy, and consequently the population increase, there are five different generations coexisting in the labor market.
